How does it work ?

The Hiring Kit enables you to hire better performing employees, with considerably less time and effort than existing processes or other solutions:

Step 1: Create a job ad using the job descriptions and job ad templates included with The Hiring Kit

Step 2: Review and customize the job applicant questionnaire

Step 3: Post your job to one or more job sites

Can I personalize The Hiring Kit  ?

Yes. Each service is fully and easily customizable.

How does the Free Trial work?

The Free Trial is valid for a period of 15 days. At the end of the 15-day period you will no longer be able to access your job or the details of candidates that have applied for it. If you would like to restore access to your candidate list, you will need to purchase a plan as described on the pricing page.

Why do you need my credit card information if it's a free trial?

While the use of the core Hiring Kit is free for the duration of the Free Trial, there are additional optional services such as posting jobs to premium job boards as well as psychometric tests that are not free and that require a credit card for purchase.

What is the difference between the Monthly Subscription plan and the Per Job Opening plan ?

The Monthly Subscription plan and the Per Job Opening Plan both include access to the same core services. The only difference is the way that you pay for it. If you expect to hire more than one employee during the course of a 12-month period, the Monthly Subscription plan is more likely a better deal.

Do I have to sign a contract ?

It depends. The Monthly Subscription plan requires a 12-month commitment. The Per Job Opening plan does not require a contract.

What types of payment do you accept ?

At this time we only accept payments online and do not invoice for services. Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard only, but not American Express. While PayPal is our payment processor, we do not accept PayPal funds for the actual payment.

Will you store my credit card information ?

At no time do we store your credit card information. For monthly subscription plans, your credit card details are stored at PayPal for the purpose of monthly invoicing.

Why do you use PayPal for your payment solution ?

As a leading provider of payment processing services, PayPal has made the investment necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of payment information (during storage or transmission) in line with important industry standards, such as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard.

Your job opening and candidate information is stored on our servers which are co-located in a secure world-class Tier 4 data centre. Communication between your web browser and our servers is assured using SSL encryption (256-bit AES), which is as strong or stronger than that provided by most financial institutions.

What is psychometric testing ?

Psychometric testing is the measurement of knowledge, abilities, attitudes and personality traits as predictors of future job performance. Psychometric testing enables the hiring process to be objective and non-biased, thus reducing the chances of a bad hire.
